Working Principle

There is a heat transfer interlayer between the inner and outer cylinders, the upper part of the cylinder has an overflow water pipe (the overflow water pipe is forbidden to connect to the valve, and it is forbidden to connect to the system pipeline), and the lower part has a water inlet pipe. The heating temperature controls the water temperature, so that the chocolate paste in the container can be kept at a certain temperature. Special attention must be paid to the cylinder block not to close the overflow port or to connect to the circulating water pressure loop, and the cylinder block is not under pressure. There is a double-wing frame agitator in the center of the cylinder, which can stir the material to improve the heat exchange rate of the material, so as to achieve uniform mixing and uniform temperature. The connection between the agitator shaft and the reducer adopts an in-line installation structure, which is convenient for assembly, disassembly and cleaning.

When working, open the cover on the upper cover side of the cylinder, add the finely ground chocolate slurry into the container, and pour cold water into the interlayer of the cylinder from the water inlet pipe on the lower side of the cylinder. Heating and heating can keep the slurry in the container at a certain temperature. At the same time, the stirrer located in the center of the cylinder is driven by the motor and reducer to make a circular stirring movement around the central axis of the cylinder. Because the paddle is inclined at an angle of 45° , so that the slurry in the cylinder is turned in the radial and axial directions to obtain a higher heat exchange rate and mixing uniformity. When a batch of slurry is stirred, the opening valve is opened, and the slurry is discharged from the discharge port.
