Working Principle

The almond slice cutting machine is composed of a pneumatic feeding device and a slicing device. How to replace the cutter?

This machine is equipped with two high-speed steel blades on the rotary cutting disc. When the cutting edge of the blade is blunt and not sharp, or when the kernel is mixed with sand and small stones, it will be recognized as broken, and the blade must be replaced at this time. When changing the knife, open the front door of the discharge port, open the round cover on the machine surface, and remove the two M6 bolts that lock the blade from the bottom of the rotary cutting disc with a hexagon socket bolt wrench, and then take it from the rotary disc. Remove the blade, and then reinstall the new blade.

How to adjust the thickness of slices?

When you want to change the thickness of the slice, you can loosen the lock nut under the thickness adjustment handle, and adjust the handle clockwise to increase the thickness, and vice versa to decrease the thickness.
