Hot press need to roasting material first, make the material moisture below 9%, then oil pressing. the oil rate is higher, but the oil is a little dark color. Cold Pressing is pressing the material directly (if the material is too dry, need to add some water in it.) the oil rate is a little lower, need to pressing it again in second time. for cold oil pressing, the oil is more clear.
