Fully automatic raw cashew nut shelling line is for producing white kernel of cashew, it has the cashew nut grader, stem cooker, cracker and sheller, dryer, peeler, kernel grader and packer.

Cashew Nut Steam Cooking Process

Raw cashew nuts in shell are steamed under pressure to soften the shells. The shell of cashew nut is very hard and it contains harmful oil ingredient. Cooked cashew nuts are easy to be cracked and shelled. The process of steam cooking helps in shelling cashew nuts with minimal effort. After cooking, the cashew nut need to be dried.

Cashew Nut Cracking & Shelling Process

The cracking and shelling unit will cut all raw cashew nuts, at the same time, the machine will separate the kernels and shells.

Cashew Kernel Drying Process

The dry box will dry the kernels with skins. The moisture can be reduced to 5%~7%.

Cashew Kernel Peeling Process

A hydraulic oil pressing machine is needed, to protect the sensitive omega-3 and other nutrition, cold press is necessary. And we advise you to get the hemp oil by precipitation instead of filtering to get all nutrition.

After many experiments, we used the repeatedly verified 115℃ as the cooking temperature in the cooking process, which improved the separation gap between the shell and the kernel to ensure the shelling effect and the whole kernel rate; in the drying stage, multi-stage temperature control was adopted to ensure The drying moisture of the nuts is about 7%, and at the same time, the moisture regaining process is added to improve the separation effect of the resurgence and the kernel and the toughness of the kernel.
