Almond milk Production line

This almond production line has the most reasonable technological process by two times filtration, two times refinery and one times sterilization, to make the fine and smooth milk for your business. This line consists of blancher, peeler, grinder, filter, mixer, refiner and pasteurizer.

PROCESS FLOW

STEP 1

Blanching Process

The dried hemp seed will be graded into several levels based on the size of your material, we will advise accordingly. The purpose of doing this is for a better hulling effect.

Peeling Process

Because the almond seed skin is bitter, our wet peeling machine will remove the almond seed skin

Grinding Process

Our milk grinding machine will grind soluble substances such as protein in almonds dissolved in water.

Our homogenizer will refine the pulp from large molecules into small molecules, and to emulsify.We will repeat twice, refine again to avoid re-aggregation of the refined small molecules, and emulsify again to prevent delamination

Soak in 95°C water for 5 minutes for easy peeling

After our test, adding hot water, the obtained almond milk tastes better than adding room temperature water directly.
