Features

  • The whole machine is made of sus304 stainless steel, with exquisite workmanship and reliable structure.
  • Inclination type seasoning drum, automatic control of speed and material capacity, suitable for continuous seasoning operation in assembly line.
  • Equipped with a spiral dusting device, it is not easy to block, so that the seasoning is evenly sprinkled on the material.
  • The speed of the drum is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the requirements of different tastes of food can be met by controlling the speed of the drum and the amount of seasoning powder sprinkled.
  • The inclination angle is adjustable to adjust the forward speed of the material

Working Principle

The drum is inclined at an angle to the horizontal plane. The height of the feeding port is higher than the height of the discharging port. The upper end of the feeding port is provided with a screw spreading device. During operation, the motor drives the screw device to rotate, and the seasoning is evenly sprinkled into the drum to mix with the materials. The drum rotates under the drive of the motor, the material enters from the feeding port, rotates with the drum, and is fully mixed with the seasoning.
